At Mars The Label AUS, we want you to feel iconic in your new fit, so we offer a flexible 14-day return period for store credit or size exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals intact where applicable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the items are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop your parcel at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit voucher via email within 5-7 business days.
